About Us
The Wine Bar and Bistro on Lark is a unique venue located at 200 Lark St. in the fabulous Center Square neighborhood of Albany, New York. Chef / Owner Kevin P. Everleth is a classically trained Culinary Institute of America graduate who specializes in French cuisine. Our new Executive Chef Nick Ruscitto was trained at Schenectady Community College, a hotbed for local talent!! His expertise and creativity are truly amazing. The menu is updated weekly to keep new and exciting options available.
Upon entering the restaurant guests are welcomed not only by the friendly staff, but also the work of numerous local artists and lovely European Bistro style décor. In the warmer months there are three outdoor seating options to choose from. In the Fall and Winter months three fireplaces add a natural glow and cozy ambiance to the establishment.
The Wine Bar and Bistro on Lark has hundreds of bottles of wine to choose from and over 60 wines offered by the glass year round. We are also pleased to announce that our establishment has received The Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 2009-2011. The staff is very knowledgeable about the wine and eager to help answer any questions or to make suggestions.
We are open Tuesday-Thursday from 5 PM until close. Kitchen is open until 10 Tuesday -Thursday, 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. Join us for a unique and relaxing night out. We look forward to your visit!
